We have a full line of waterproofing products, from liquid applied membranes, caulking, injectable hydrophobic materials and more. We also specialize in crystalline cementitious waterproofing with Xypex products. We have been using Xypex products in many applications for various projects, with exceptional results, ranging from underground vaults, elevator pits and other underground structures where water is present. Concrete is a porous material filled with tunnel-like capillaries. These capillaries permit the passage of water and other liquids causing seepage, spalling and other problems. Xypex uses the water in these capillaries as a migrating medium to enter and travel down the capillaries and precipitates a chemical reaction which forms new non-soluble crystalline structures. The new crystalline structures fill the capillary tracts rendering the concrete waterproof. Xypex can be applied to floors, walls and ceilings to create a complete waterproof envelope.
